Montessori Kindergarten
- For the employees of Serendipalm (70%) and (30%) from the local community
- Space for 150 children
- 6 huts and one building for teachers/headmaster


Maternity Clinic
- To improve access to medical care
- The only maternity clinic in the immediate area
- On average, 1 birth per day
- Financed by Dr. Bronner’s
Drinking Water Wells
- Providing people with clean drinking water
- Wells at central locations reduce travel distances


Public Toilets
- Free access, maintained by the community
- Built at locations with high public traffic
Ferry
- For the safe crossing of a river
- Saves longer detours
- The only means of transport across the river


Footbridge
- For the safe crossing of rivers
- Infrastructure projects contribute to development
- Built by local craftsmen
Montessori Pre School
- Primary school based on the Montessori concept
- Space for 200 children
- With a music room, art room, computer room, and music studio
- Opened in 2025


Scholarships
- Scholarships for high-achieving students
- Improves educational opportunities for local youth
Computer Room / Library
- Opportunity for computer-based education
- Access to the library


Cafeteria / Community Meeting Point
- Provides meals for the kindergarten and primary school
- Space for 200 people
- Also used as a meeting point for training sessions
Nurses’ Residence
- Residence for nurses working at the nearby hospital


Plastic Collection
- 30 “Waste Bankers” (plastic collectors) collect plastic in various communities
- Since 2023, more than 150 tons of plastic have been collected and sent for recycling
- PET, HDPE, LDPE, and tin cans are collected
